Nudelman, MD, JD, FCLM, has been a medical director or peer review consultant to insurance companies, third party administrators (TPAs), reinsurers, Risk Management, and various other medical management entities, offering “arms-length” medical review and rendering reliable, unbiased, and ethical medical decisions, regardless of the specific medical issue involved. In fact, Dr. Nudelman has made administrative medicine determinations of medical necessity and/or causation in tens of thousands of cases while performing Utilization/Peer Review in such diverse areas as Workers Compensation, Group and Individual Disability, Personal Injury from motor vehicle & trucking industry accidents, slips and falls, and other events in which physical injuries – or aggravation/exacerbation of medical conditions – are alleged. 

There’s no case too difficult, no file too big – in fact, large and extremely complex cases involving a wide variety of medical issues are our specialty! We will even arrange to have large, unruly files scanned and organized, preparing a table of contents with hyperlinks to critical documents – all under the supervision of Dr. Nudelman.
