Continuing Medical Education (CME) - APPROVED for 12 credit hours

 

The American College of Legal Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the American College of Legal Medicine.  The American College of Legal Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

Continuing Legal Education (CLE):

 

• Georgia: This program is APPROVED by the Georgia Commission on Continuing Lawyer Competency for up to 12 Regular CLE Hours (incl. 3 Ethics and 3 Trial hours).

 

• Florida: This program is APPROVED by the FLORIDA BAR Board of Legal Specialization and Education for up to 14.5 General CLE hours (incl. 3.5 Ethics & 7.0 Health Law Certification Credits).

• South Carolina: This program is APPROVED by the Supreme Court of South Carolina Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization for up to 12.0 CLE (incl. 3.0 Ethics Hours).

 

• North Carolina: This program is APPROVED by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education for up to 12.0 CLE (incl. 3.0 Ethics Hours).  

 

• Note on other State Bars: No assurances can be made for credit hours not pre-approved. You may apply individually on your own to any state bar for credit for this program. It will be up to the discretion of that individual state bar to determine if it is creditworthy. 

 

Continuing Education (CE) for Case Managers & Nurses - APPROVED by Commission for Case Manager Certification® (CCMC)  for up 12 hours.
