About Dr. Nudelman
Mitchell S. Nudelman, MD, JD, has been licensed to practice medicine and law since 1986 and 1991, respectively. He was a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine from 1993 to 2020 and currently serves on the board of directors for the American Academy of Legal Medicine, Inc. A native New Yorker, he has practiced in Georgia since 1991.
After more than 25 years predominantly serving defense counsel, insurance carriers, and employers in a very wide range of cases involving medical care issues and other medical-legal matters, which often involve multiple medical specialties and complex medical facts, Dr. Nudelman now also works for those who are injured.
Dr. Nudelman’s vast experience as an industry insider over the past 30 years has given him a keen insight into how insurance companies work and has helped him to successfully resolve claims before they have to court.
